Change of Mind

With an emphasis on quality, our coffee goes through daily QC tests, and orders are dispatched on a roast-to-ship basis. With this in mind, we don't exchange or typically accept returns on coffee. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your beans, please contact our team immediately at shop@goodlifecoffee.com. 

If you decide that a non-coffee purchase is unsuitable, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds are only issued if the items are returned in perfect, unused condition, and in their original, unopened packaging. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund process.

All return shipping costs to Good Life Coffee are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides 'proof of delivery,' as Good Life Coffee cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, Good Life Coffee will offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us to arrange the return of the items.

DELIVERY

Free Delivery

Free delivery applies to the UK only and is sent via Royal Mail 24. All UK orders are eligible for this service.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery Details

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct. Customers are responsible for keeping their account information, including email and delivery addresses, up to date. Good Life Coffee cannot be held liable for items and email notifications sent to incorrect or outdated addresses (including email) provided at the time of order. If you think if you have addressed an order incorrectly please reach out to us prior to dispatch in order to make the proper amendments.

Our Process

To ensure your coffee arrives as fresh as possible, we process orders every morning at 9:00 am and schedule our daily roasts accordingly.

Good Life Lead Time

Once your order is received, it will be roasted and dispatched on the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 9:00 am on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Postal Company Lead Times

  • Royal Mail 24: 1-2 days delivery aim

  • Royal Mail 24 Signed for: 1-2 days delivery aim (Monday - Friday only)

Items will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.

International Delivery

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
